Terms & Services

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

These Terms & Services ("Terms") govern your access to annandalefootankle.com (the "Site") operated by Annandale Auto Protection ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), and describe how we provide information about extended vehicle service contracts, enrollment assistance, and claims guidance. By accessing the Site, submitting forms, or enrolling in a plan we facilitate, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use of the Site.

1. Nature of Services

Annandale Auto Protection helps consumers evaluate and enroll in vehicle service contracts administered by third-party obligors or insurers. We are a marketing and enrollment assistance provider unless a separate signed agreement explicitly states otherwise. Covered components, exclusions, deductibles, waiting periods, and claim procedures are defined solely in your issued contract documents—not by general Site content.

Illustrations, sample pricing, and blog articles are educational. Final terms depend on vehicle eligibility, mileage, administrator guidelines, and state-specific requirements.

2. Enrollment and Contract Formation

Submitting a quote form does not activate coverage. A service contract becomes effective only after you receive, review, and accept final contract documents, pay applicable fees, and satisfy any disclosed waiting periods. We may decline to submit enrollment for ineligible vehicles or incomplete information.

You represent that information you provide about vehicle history, modifications, commercial use, and maintenance is accurate. Misrepresentation may void coverage or result in claim denial by the administrator.

3. Fees, Billing, and Renewals

Payment schedules appear in your contract. Monthly, quarterly, or single-pay options may be available depending on program rules. Failed payments can suspend or cancel coverage according to administrator policies. Renewal notices describe updated premiums and coverage changes; continued payment after renewal constitutes acceptance unless you cancel under contract instructions.

4. Claims Process

Before authorizing covered repairs, contact claims intake as specified in your contract. Failure to obtain authorization may reduce or eliminate reimbursement. You are responsible for diagnostic fees, shop labor for non-covered items, and amounts exceeding coverage limits or deductibles.

We provide guidance but do not guarantee claim approval; administrators make final determinations based on contract language, maintenance records, and inspection findings.

5. Maintenance Requirements

Coverage often requires proof of manufacturer-recommended maintenance. Retain invoices, stamps, or digital service records. Neglect, abuse, racing, off-road use beyond disclosed parameters, or unapproved modifications may exclude failures from coverage.

6. Cancellations and Transfers

Cancellation rights, refund calculations, and transfer fees are governed by your contract and applicable law. Transfer requests must include buyer information and may require inspection or fee payment. We assist with paperwork but cannot override administrator rules.

7. Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE AND GENERAL MARKETING MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED SITE ACCESS OR ERROR-FREE CONTENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

Except where prohibited by law, our aggregate liability arising from Site use or enrollment assistance shall not exceed the service fees you paid directly to us for the transaction giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of vehicle use or repair delays, even if advised of the possibility.

9. Intellectual Property

Site content—including text, logos, layouts, and licensed photography—is owned by Annandale Auto Protection or used under license. You may view and print pages for personal reference. You may not scrape, republish, or commercially exploit Site content without written consent.

You may not interfere with Site security, inject malicious code, or deploy automated systems that impose unreasonable load.

10. Communications

By submitting forms, you consent to receive responses related to your inquiry. Marketing email requires opt-in where applicable. Manage preferences via our unsubscribe page. Transactional messages related to active enrollments or claims may continue as permitted by law.

11. Third-Party Links and Administrators

The Site may link to administrator portals, repair networks, or educational resources. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Your contractual relationship for covered repairs is with the identified obligor in your plan documents.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Annandale Auto Protection and its personnel from claims arising from your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or inaccurate information you provide, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

13. Dispute Resolution

Parties will attempt good-faith negotiation before formal remedies. Disputes relating to covered repairs or contract interpretation are primarily governed by your service contract and administrator procedures. Site-related disputes may be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction or through arbitration if specified in your contract.

14. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including network outages, administrator system failures, natural disasters, or governmental actions.

15. Modifications

We may update these Terms by posting revisions with a new effective date. Continued Site use after updates constitutes acceptance. Material changes to active contracts require administrator processes disclosed in your plan.

16. Severability

If any provision is unenforceable, remaining provisions remain in effect. For enrolled coverage, issued contract documents together with these Terms (where incorporated) supersede conflicting general marketing statements.
